Cooperation process:

– The School/Center comes to an agreement with the EIV Education’s counselor regarding the schedule, study time, and foreign teachers.

– EIV Education organizes foreign teachers based on the requirements of the School/Center, including the schedule and location of teaching and learning as agreed by both parties.

– The School/Center signs the Contract with EIV Education and makes a deposit according to the terms outlined in the Contract.

– EIV Education ensures that the teachers they provide have strong teaching abilities, adhere to ethical standards, have good personal character, and possess the necessary expertise as requested by the School/Center..

  • EIV only employs native English teachers from the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, etc.
  • All teachers must possess legal status, complete legal documents, a clear background, and a valid work permit from their home country.
  • They must have earned a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, science, or a related field from a university in their home country, and must hold international English language teaching certifications such as TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL.
  • Additionally, they must have at least two years of experience teaching English in their home country or abroad.
  • They should exhibit a professional demeanor and a friendly personality that is suitable for the Vietnamese culture.

EIV’s native English teachers have extensive experience in teaching English to various age groups, including children, primary school students, high school students, and adults. With their flexible teaching style, creativity, and ability to pique students’ interest in learning, they are able to effectively convey knowledge and closely monitor students’ progress.

If it is determined that the teacher is not suitable for the class, the school or center can provide suggestions for improvement. If the situation does not improve, the school or center may request a change of teacher within the first two weeks.

The curriculum will be built by considering the needs of the School/Center and adhering to the learning curriculum content. If the School/Center has additional requirements, EIV Education’s Training Specialist team will provide assistance in developing the program.

EIV Education not only provides foreign teachers but also offers engaging study programs, support programs for schools, such as English Club, and even extracurricular activities led by foreign teachers. Quality is guaranteed from EIV Education.

In addition to Supplying native teachers as requested, EIV Education also actively provides support programs for schools, including English clubs and extracurricular activities with foreign teachers. We also assist teachers in participating in special school events, such as opening and closing ceremonies and school information sessions.

EIV Education will be responsible for all teacher management related tasks. Our teachers often teach multiple classes, so we will manage teacher allocation, scheduling, and class arrangements to ensure the most convenient experience for both teachers and students.

In the event that the teacher is absent, EIV Education will arrange for a substitute teacher to ensure the continued learning of the school/center.

EIV Education is responsible for ensuring the legality of the working contracts and documents of the foreign teachers working in Vietnam.

The cost of hiring a foreign teacher will vary based on several factors, including the number of students in the class, the duration of teaching per month, the curriculum, and the School/Center’s requirements for the teacher’s experience and qualifications.

The cost of our services is cost-effective while ensuring quality. Our focus is always on meeting the unique needs of each customer. Please refer to the following service packages for Supplying foreign teachers at EIV Education for your reference:

  • The full service package includes all aspects of teacher management, including resume filtering, interviewing, obtaining work permits, training, managing teaching hours, reporting, and calculating salaries, all handled by EIV Education.

  • The full-time and part-time service packages are available at the request of the school and center, depending on the desired number of teaching hours.
  • The Brokerage package for teacher services includes support in referrals, filtering resumes, recruiting teachers, and negotiating salaries. The remaining steps will be handled by the customer.

EIV Education works according to the principle: when signing a working contract, customers make a deposit of 100% of teaching costs for 1 month. Every month, customers pay the cost of teaching within 5 days when EIV fully hands over payment documents. The deposit will be deducted from the last payment or used as a deposit for the next Contract (re-sign).
