What are the standards of foreign teachers at EIV Education?

Legal status and full legal papers, clear background, legal work permit of the State.
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, bachelor of science or higher, and a degree from a university of the host country.
International English language teaching certificates recognized worldwide: TESOL, CELTA, TEFL.
Experience in teaching English for more than two years in the home country or countries around the world.
Professional style, friendly personality, suitable for Vietnamese culture.

What does the entrance test include?

Comprehensive entrance test of 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. Listening, Reading, Writing skills, students will perform directly under the supervision of a Training Specialist or on EIV’s website; with Speaking skill, students will perform directly with EIV’s Coordinate. Test results will be aggregated and sorted by level to build a curriculum suitable for students.”

Can I request to change the teacher during the learning process?

Throughout the learning journey, EIV’s experts closely monitor the student’s progress, and any feedback regarding dissatisfaction with the teacher or the program is promptly received and adjusted. Students have the right to request up to 2 teacher changes per course until they receive the most suitable and excellent teaching quality.

Can I arrange my own schedule and location for classes?

In cases where students have prior commitments, they are required to notify the EIV Specialist at least 60 minutes before the scheduled lesson. The missed session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between the student and EIV.

Does EIV Education guarantee learning outcomes and student goals?

EIV Education designs a curriculum that matches the student’s initial proficiency level and desired learning outcomes, with a commitment outlined in the training contract.
