This program shall be used in training and issuance of certificate of English teaching training completion for foreigners at centers for foreign language and computer training in Vietnam, including:

  • Native English speakers having college degree or higher;
  • Foreigners having college degree or higher in English major;
  • Foreigners having college degree or higher and having certificate of level 5 foreign language proficiency in accordance with the Foreign Language Proficiency for Vietnam or equivalent (hereinafter referred to as “learners”).

Program and Certificate issued to MOE standards in Vietnam

VPFET is a training program and certification provider for English language teaching in Vietnam, equivalent to the TESOL certification. The program is issued and applied by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam for all foreign English teachers in Vietnam.

Legalization of English teaching certificates in Vietnam

VPFET’s Registration documents

01 application form for the Training Course and Certificate issuance for foreign English teachers at language centers in Vietnam (attached with the announcement):

  • 01 notarized translation of the College Diploma (or higher);
  • 01 notarized translation of the College Transcript (or higher);
  • 01 certified copy of the English proficiency certificate at level 5 or above according to the Foreign Language Proficiency Framework of 6 levels used in Vietnam or equivalent (applicable only to foreign students (non-native English speakers) holding a diploma of College or higher but not an English College degree);
  • 01 certified copy of Passport and Visa;
  • 03 photos sized 3×4 (Note: photos taken no more than 6 months before the application date)

VPFET program shall be used in training and issuance of certificate of English teaching training completion for foreigners at centers for foreign language and computer training in Vietnam, including:

  • Native English speakers having college degree or higher;
  • Foreigners having college degree or higher in English major;
  • Foreigners having college degree or higher and having certificate of level 5 foreign language proficiency in accordance with the Foreign Language Proficiency for Vietnam or equivalent (hereinafter referred to as “learners”).

Knowledge load and Program duration

a) The Program consists of: 10 subjects regarding English teaching knowledge, methods, and skills and 1 internship subject.

b) Program duration: 160 periods, each period lasts for 45 minutes (equivalent to 120 hours of teaching, each hour lasts for 60 minutes).

  • At the end of a Training program, learners shall be assessed in form of exams (oral/writing or appropriate methods) and learning results so as to determine acquisition of knowledge and skills in the Program. Scores shall be in a scale of 10.

  • Learners shall be assessed after finishing Training program when: they have participated at least 80% of in-class learning duration; completed learning, examination, assessment tasks, satisfied requirements of subjects and Training program.

  • Learners achieving a minimum score of 5 shall be qualified and certified for training program completion.

  • Learners who successfully complete the training program will be awarded a training certificate.

The VPFET program utilizes a blended learning approach, combining both face-to-face and online learning methods. For courses held at the institution, students will engage in approximately 70% of the learning time in face-to-face sessions and 30% in online sessions.

When registering for courses through VPFET, students can flexibly choose courses with a suitable ratio of face-to-face and online learning time to accommodate their own work and study schedules, such as 60:40, 50:50, …

VPFET has partnered with hundreds of educational institutions and language centers across Vietnam, serving as a bridge to provide opportunities for VPFET students to intern and teach at schools and English centers through this training program. Students at VPFET are introduced to suitable internship placements and receive support to successfully complete their courses.

Chương trình học sẽ được biên soạn theo yêu cầu của Trường/Trung tâm, bám sát nội dung giáo trình học tập. Trong trường hợp Trường/Trung tâm có yêu cầu khác, đội ngũ Chuyên viên Đào tạo của EIV Education sẽ hỗ trợ xây dựng chương trình.

Ngoài cung cấp giáo viên người nước ngoài, chúng tôi còn đem đến cho bạn các chương trình học thú vị. cũng như cung cấp các chương trình hỗ trợ cho các trường học như Câu lạc bộ tiếng Anh. Thậm chí là các buổi sinh hoạt ngoại khóa giao lưu cùng giáo viên nước ngoài. Bạn hoàn toàn có thể yên tâm với chất lượng từ EIV Education.

Không chỉ dừng lại ở việc cung cấp giáo viên bản ngữ theo yêu cầu, EIV còn chủ động cung cấp các chương trình hỗ trợ cho các trường học như Câu lạc bộ tiếng Anh, các buổi sinh hoạt ngoại khóa giao lưu cùng giáo viên nước ngoài. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi còn hỗ trợ giáo viên tham gia các dịp đặc biệt của trường như lễ khai giảng, lễ bế giảng và buổi giới thiệu thông tin của trường.

Toàn bộ các công việc liên quan đến quản lý giáo viên, EIV Education sẽ chịu trách nhiệm. Các giáo viên ở EIV Education thường dạy ở nhiều lớp, nên việc phân bổ giáo viên, sắp xếp thời gian, lớp học, EIV Education sẽ quản lý để đảm bảo một cách thuận lợi nhất cho giáo viên cũng như học viên.

Trong trường hợp Giáo viên nghỉ phép, EIV Education sẽ sắp xếp bổ sung giáo viên dạy thay, đảm bảo thời lượng học của Trường/Trung tâm.

EIV Education đảm bảo các giấy tờ pháp lý, hợp đồng làm việc của Giáo viên nước ngoài tại Việt Nam.

Chi phí thuê Giáo viên sẽ phụ thuộc vào số lượng học viên của lớp học, thời lượng giảng dạy trong tháng, giáo trình và yêu cầu của Trường/Trung tâm đối với kinh nghiệm/trình độ của Giáo viên.

EIV Education làm việc theo nguyên tắc: khi ký hợp đồng làm việc, khách hàng thực hiện đặt cọc 100% chi phí giảng dạy 1 tháng. Hàng tháng khách hàng thanh toán chi phí giảng dạy trong vòng 5 ngày khi EIV bàn giao đầy đủ chứng từ thanh toán. Phần đặt cọc sẽ được trừ vào lần thanh toán cuối cùng hoặc dùng làm đặt cọc cho Hợp đồng tiếp theo (tái ký).
