- EIV meets and interviews interested applicants and offer them to various teaching programs and schools/center around Da Nang. Since 2016, EIV Da Nang branch has recruited thousands of teachers as well as become official partners with various schools and centers in Da Nang. The company only recruits English teachers from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

How to get started
Working schedule at EIV
Full-time teachers are required to dedicate themselves to teaching for a minimum of 12 months. Upon successfully passing an interview and demonstration, teachers will be required to attend an orientation training session at the EIV office and subsequently sign a probationary contract. At the conclusion of the probationary period, EIV will evaluate the teachers’ performance to determine their eligibility for an official contract. Additionally, EIV will provide assistance to teachers in obtaining work permits, work visas, and TRCs (Temporary Residence Cards).

Teachers are expected to attend all training sessions and workshops organized by the EIV recruitment team or EIV academic team. This includes mandatory participation in the orientation training, curriculum training, Teacher’s Day Workshop, and other relevant events considered necessary by the organization.
The purpose of these training sessions is to provide comprehensive information about EIV, offer detailed guidance on the curriculum, and strengthen the connection between the EIV team and its teachers. The training sessions aim to equip teachers with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively carry out their roles within the organization.

How to stay connected with EIV
Teachers are expected to utilize the “ezHR” application possessed by EIV Education to accurately record their attendance (check-in and check-out) and track the number of teaching hours completed on a daily basis. The application also enables teachers to submit leave requests, access class schedules, review payslip, receive new class offers, and receive important notifications.

Payment process
EIV follows a direct payment system where teachers are paid on a monthly basis. The accounting department at EIV utilizes the ezHR application to collect the exact hours worked by teachers. They then compare the recorded hours with the clients’ records to ensure accurate salary calculations.
Salaries for teachers will be paid on the 15th of the following month. In the event that the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be made on the next working day.

Regarding the curriculum
As for English center and school classes, materials such as books and syllabus will be provided by EIV clients.
Regarding private/business classes, the EIV academic department will provide teachers with syllabi and books to create lessons using PowerPoint presentations. It is expected that teachers submit weekly reports to the EIV academic department, enabling them to assess the students’ learning progress effectively.

Regarding the observations
EIV plan to observe teachers’ classes on various occasions, including:
- Teachers who are new to the organization: As part of the onboarding process, new teachers will have their classes observed to ensure they are familiar with EIV’s teaching standards and methodologies.
- Teachers whose performances need improvement: In order to support professional growth and development
- Random observations based on EIV’s client requests: EIV may conduct observations based on specific requests from clients to ensure the quality of teaching and student satisfaction.
Following the observations, teachers are expected to receive constructive feedback from the EIV academic team, which will help them make improvements in their teaching practice. If necessary, teachers may be required to attend additional training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
