Frequently asked questions about English For Corporates at EIV

For each business, EIV Education designs a tailored curriculum that aligns with the industry and business field of the company. The course will comprehensively develop the four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. With the advantage of learning directly with native teachers, students will practice English communication skills like native speakers, fluent presentation skills, writing emails, reports, and the ability to negotiate and handle issues with European and American customers.

The study schedule will be arranged based on the agreement between the company and EIV Education. Teachers will come to teach directly at the company, or students can study at EIV’s office, depending on the arrangement and agreement between both parties.

During the course of study, the customer support representative will closely monitor the learning progress of the students. Any feedback regarding dissatisfaction with the teacher or the program will be received and promptly addressed. Students have the right to request a change of teachers twice per course until they receive suitable and excellent teaching quality.

The cost of hiring a teacher will depend on the number of students in the class, the teaching hours per month, the curriculum, and the requirements of the School/Center regarding the teacher’s experience/qualification.
