I. ABOUT EIV EDUCATION

EIV is the leading agency operating in recruiting, managing and supplying high quality Native English Teachers for private tutoring, companies, public & international schools in Vietnam. With 9 years in Vietnam along with our powerful background, EIV has been providing approximate 3,000 lessons per month to 650 students with great assistance of 100 native English teachers all over Vietnam.

II. COMMUNICATIONS MARKETING INTERN

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assist to implement marketing campaigns with different marketing channels

· Analyze marketing-related data and optimize real-time marketing operations

· Support marketing team in administration tasks in coordination with other internal departments and suppliers

Assist in the creating ads, posters, newsletters, invitations, event materials, displays, infographic illustrations, and assist with development of social media strategy from design/brand perspective
Work closely on various community-related projects, including creative development, event planning, and writing

Skills

Excellent organizational skills
Willingness to make a strong commitment to a mission-driven organization
Excellent computer skills, including competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree Holder

· Strong business mindset, administration and good communication skill
Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects

· Open-minded, detail-oriented and result-oriented

· Fluency in English speaking and writing is a plus

Duration: 3 months (minimum)
